  • Anonymous Feedback: There might be situations where employees may want to share their ideas, opinions, or feedback anonymously. Whatfix facilitates that through an anonymous feedback portal
  • Amber: Amber is a smart, AI Chief Happiness Officer with a mission of “making the voice of every employee felt heard and valued”. Periodically, employees receive an email from our CEO to facilitate a conversation over the course of their tenure with Whatfix.
  • 1:1 HR Connects: At any time, employees are open to directly connecting with the HR team via email, Slack, or in an in-person or virtual meeting.
  • Business Leadership Connect: At Whatfix, we encourage direct, open, and honest communication. If required, employees can connect directly with the leaders as well.
  • Other Channels include “Ask Me Anything” sessions with leadership and founders, dinner connects with CXOs, and annual survey forms via vendors like Great Place to Work.
